How to collect or arrange delivery of lots you have won, and the terms that apply.

Collection
Paid lots may be collected by appointment from the location stated for the sale. Please bring photo identification and your invoice. Someone collecting on your behalf must carry written authority.
Shipping
We can put you in touch with trusted shippers, or arrange packing and delivery on request. Shipping, packing and insurance are charged at cost and quoted before dispatch. Large items such as motor cars are handled by specialist transporters.
Risk & insurance
Risk passes to the buyer as set out in the Conditions of Sale. We recommend insuring lots in transit; where we arrange shipping we will advise the insurance options available.
International buyers
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs formalities in the destination country. We will provide the documentation reasonably required.
