Account details (name, email, and, where you provide it, phone number); bidding and purchase activity; and technical data such as your IP address and device information used to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To operate your account and the auction (registration, bidding, winner and invoice notifications), to take payment, to prevent fraud and abuse, to meet legal obligations, and — where you have opted in — to send you marketing.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us run the platform (for example our payment processor and email provider) under appropriate safeguards, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements.
